The development of modern society is characterized by an increase in the volume and changing forms of information presentation. In the works of Russian and foreign gerontologists, it is noted that the perception and analysis of the flow of relevant data today causes difficulties for a significant part of citizens of older age groups, which is due, among other things, to the deterioration of their psychophysiological state. The lack of the ability to use the necessary information negatively affects the quality of life, the level of social adaptation and professional competence.

The difficulties of therapeutic treatment of chronic pain syndrome in external genital endometriosis (EGE) are associated with polymorphism of pain mechanisms, and delayed diagnosis and treatment. The aim of the study is to improve the effectiveness of the treatment of external genital endometriosis.

Patients And Methods: Materials and methods: The study comprised Group 1 of pregnant women with the presence of bacterial infections with and without implementation of IUI, Group 2 with the presence of viral infections with and without implementation of IUI, Group 3 with the presence of infections of combined polyetiological structure with and without implementation of IUI and control group included pregnant women with physiological pregnancy. The study implied evaluation of the number of leukocytes in vaginal contents, concentration of IgA, IgM, IgG, sIgA, concentration of cytokines-IL-1 β , IL-6, IL-10, TNF- α in vaginal swabs.
Objectives: To study the state of immunity in pregnancies associated with urogenital infection and complicated by intrauterine infection.
Material And Methods: The comparative study involved the examination of 250 pregnant women with urogenital infection and ultrasonographic signs of intrauterine infection and their newborns in order to assess the state of cellular and humoral immunity components and nonspecific resistance. A direct prospective examination of pregnant women was carried out in the 2nd and 3rd trimesters of gestation.
Introduction: the relevance of intrauterine infections is determined by significant peri- and postnatal loss as well as health impairment, which often results in disability and reduced quality of life. Ultrasonography is employed in order to provide a reliable assessment of the functional state of the fetoplacental system secondary to intrauterine fetal infection in the course of pregnancy. Ultrasound imaging is essential in diagnosis of various preclinical complications of pregnancy and detection of abnormalities in the developing fetus.

Objective: To investigate the dynamics of lipid metabolism, C-reactive protein (CRP), lipid peroxidation and antioxidant system in lacunar infarction (LI) in chronic cerebral ischemia.
Material And Methods: Two groups of patients were studied. The main group included 31 patients who received intravenous laser irradiation of blood (ILIB) with semiconductor laser (wavelength - 0.
The objective was to study plutonium partitioning between immobile and mobile humic materials at the water-solid interfaces. Immobilization of the humic materials on solid supports was performed in situ using self-adhesive silanized humic derivatives. The presence of the humic adlayers on solid supports was shown to significantly enhance Pu sorption and its retention under both steady state and dynamic conditions.

The argument about advantages of certain herniotomy methods has not been settled up to now. Some authors believe that it is reasonable to perform a Shouldice's operation for all inguinal hernias, while others think that it is optimum to use synthetic materials. Certain surgeons prefer endoscopic techniques for recurrent inguinal hernias, etc.

The disease was not associated with Helicobacter pylori. Ulcer disease free of Helicobacter pylori was treated with famotidine within 5 days since the recurrence onset (in acute phase of ulcer defect) followed by intake of phosphalugel (in duodenal ulcer) or de-nol (in gastric ulcer).

The authors have studied changes in hemodynamics by the method of integral rheography of the body and radioisotopic study of the time of bloodflow in 110 patients with obliterating atherosclerosis who were subjected to sympathectomy or reconstructive operations on the vessels. The positive effect of operations manifested itself in improvement of the central and regional hemodynamics.
