The study of immunocomplexes obtained from antisera to the preparations of Y. pestis outer membranes and membrane proteins has revealed that outer membrane proteins are involved in the formation of the immunocomplex and belong to previously unknown Y. pestis EV antigens.

222 electric polypectomies were performed in the course of fibrocolonoscopy carried out in 114 patients. The results of examination of 172 removed neoplasms testified to the high effectiveness of the procedure in identifying the morphological structure of colonic polyps. Due to application of endoscopic polypectomy, which is essentially a total biopsy, histological diagnosis obtained on the basis of aiming biopsy was improved or modified in 67% of cases.

The experimental studies by means of the electrical impedance plethysmography and electromagnetic flowmetry revealed stable decreasing of vascular tension after one-sided spinal deafferentation on level L4-S2 and increasing sensitivity to norepinephrine of the limb on the side of surgical intervention. The two phenomena are most clearly observed in 30-40 days after the operation. The data suggest that afferent innervation on segmental levels has an important influence on functional condition of the sympathetic neurons of the spinal cord.

Teichoic acids of the cell wall of Staphylococcus aureus 209-P belong to the class of ribitol teichoic acids and can bind actively the molecules or acridine orange, changing its optical properties. The intravital fluorochromy of the cells with acridine orange may be caused by the sorption of its molecules by the teichoic acids of the cell wall.
