On the basis of many years' work experience of ambulatory center of industrial rehabilitation the author proposed the set of technical means necessary for restorative treatment of patients with locomotor disturbances. There are proposed constructions, developed in the center and approved in the process of rehabilitation of patients with segmentary disturbances of locomotory functions.

In the article is presented a prognostication table of scapulohumeral periarthrosis outcomes, developed in the process of investigation, which allows to predetermine the possibility of recidivation in these patients depending on the presence and expression degree of revealed inflammatory signs. The tactics of a doctor is determined in prescription of curative and prophylactic measures, concentration, sequence and specificity of which is stipulated by a probability of recurrence in different groups of patients with scapulohumeral periarthrosis. Elaborated scheme of patient control, based on preliminary prognostication of outcomes, has been tested at 150 patients.

The authors propose a principle of a comprehensive approach to the assessment of neuromuscular and hemodynamic disorders in patients with radial neuritis of nontraumatic genesis. It has been established that the integrative parameter of the results of functional studies makes it possible to predict the outcome of the disease and to objectively evaluate the severity of the disease and the adequacy of the rehabilitation treatment.
