BACKGROUND Cervical cancer is the most common gynecologic malignancy diagnosed in pregnancy. When cervical cancer is diagnosed late in pregnancy, pelvic lymphadenectomy is avoided. Advanced imaging adds an alternative way to assess nodal involvement.
