Introduction And Importance: Undifferentiated pleomorphic sarcoma (UPS), also known as malignant fibrous histiocytoma, is a rare mesenchymal tumor that occurs mostly in the soft tissue of the limbs and retroperitoneum. UPS of the breast is extremely rare, with less than 20 cases reported in the literature.
Case Presentation: We present a case of UPS of the right breast in a 56-year-old female.
Introduction And Importance: Breast sarcomas are scarce, histologically heterogeneous with nonepithelial malignancies that originate from the connective tissue within the parenchyma of breast. They can develop primarily, after radio-therapy (RT), or secondary due to chronic condition, including metastatic cancers.
Case Presentation: The present case report concerns 58-year-old women which was unbeknown to her malignancy in the early stages, until the mass became substantial in size.
Unlabelled: INTRODUCTION AND IMPORTANCE: soft tissue sarcoma (STS) is a type of cancer that can affect connective tissue. Diagnosis of this malignant tumor is difficult, and complications are related to the pressure it can exert on surrounding body organs. Up to 50 % of STS patients develop metastatic disease, which greatly affects the prognosis and is challenging for the treating physician.
