The objective of the present study was to elucidate the causes of late detection of malignant neoplasms of ENT and oral cavity and low survival of the patents with these tumours in Moscow. The secondary objective was to elaborate the organizational measures for reducing the level of negligence and mortality from these malignancies among the city population. It was shown that the main cause behind the negligence is the late application of the patients for the medical assistance.

TiO2 nanoparticles of different forms (amorphous, anatase, brookit) with enhanced agglomeration stability were synthesized. The particles were characterized by X-ray diffraction, small angle X-ray scattering, infrared spectroscopy and atomic force microscopy.

Activities of the Department of Head and Neck Tumours of No 1 Oncological Clinical Dispensary are focused on dynamic follow-up of treated patients for early identification of continued tumour growth, diagnosis of relapses and metastases. Compliance with the schedule of control examination in the post-treatment period facilitates early identification of continued tumour growth, diagnosis of relapses and metastases.

According to Moscow city Oncological Dispensary, the number of patients with malignant neoplasms of ENT organs has increased during the last 5 years. In 79-84% of the patients the diseases is diagnosed at stage III-V which leads to rather poor results of treatment. Results of analysis of causes for late diagnosis of ENT neoplasms point out to the necessity to raise oncologic alertness among ambulatory physicians.

The authors analyze the results obtained at comprehensive examination of 123 patients with multifocal synchronous and metachronous cancer of the upper respiratory tracts and the lungs. Cancer of the larynx and the lungs was registered in 107 patients, multifocal cancer of the pharynx and lungs in 16 patients. Synchronous and metachronous cancer of the larynx and the lungs was diagnosed in 48 (44.

A preliminary immunochemical assay of the above products protein component and its testing in anaphylactic shock reaction in animals demonstrated low sensitizing activity of this protein. The results of the trial of the above hypoallergenic foods in patients with food allergy showed their good tolerance and therapeutic efficacy.

Increased production of the pain-reducing endogenic neuropeptides such as endorphin and leucine enkephalin was found one of the He-Ne laser acting principles which restore the pain adaptation in human. A repeated course of laser therapy would normalize the content of both neuropeptides.

The clinical picture of the disease was typical of dilated (congestive) cardiomyopathy with a subacute onset, development of pronounced heart failure; all the patients were found to have exudate pericarditis. All the men were of the same occupation; they worked at the hard alloy works at a bay of wet grinding in ethanol of metallic Co and hard alloy carbides.

The analysis performed revealed different degrees of physical load and fatigue in the operators depending on the occupational peculiarities. Specific features of the peripheral nervous system and locomotor system disorders were studied in details, along with the causal relationships underlying the degree of physical load and fatiguability, overstrain development and cumulation.

Relationships were established between the hydrocortisone secretion levels and severity of the clinical course. Circadian rythm disorders resulted into double hydrocortisone secretion increases at 8 a.

Noninflammatory dystrophic changes were found. The muscular component was dominating in comparison with the osseous one in the genesis of the degenerative dystrophic processes, which manifested in the clinical course.

In practically healthy workers were found laboratory manifestations of hepato-biliary irritations, hyperpermeability of the hepatocytes' cytoplasmic membrane, cholestasis syndrome, initial manifestations of muscular dystrophy and minor signs of atherosclerosis risks. The biochemical shifts were like those in alcoholism cases.

The capacities of immunoelectrophoresis in identification and assay of antigenic protein in enzymatic hydrolysates of milk and soya have been evaluated. The hydrolysates obtained under the action of pancreatin and protosubtilin were studied in milk protein concentrates "Dialact" and casezit and soya protein isolate "Adrex". Two-dimensional immunoelectrophoresis according to Clarke and Freeman was used to analyze the antigenic component spectrum in the samples.
