Background: Paired exercise and cognitive training have the potential to enhance cognition by "priming" the brain and upregulating neurotrophins.
Methods: Two-site randomized controlled trial. Fifty-two patients >6 months poststroke with concerns about cognitive impairment trained 50 to 70 minutes, 3× week for 10 weeks with 12-week follow-up.

A Right Angle motif at the junction between 16S helices 5 and 6 (J5/6) is universally conserved amongst small subunit rRNAs and forms a stable right angle in minimal RNAs. J5/6 does not form a right angle in the mature ribosome, suggesting that this motif encodes a metastable structure needed for ribosome biogenesis.

This study aimed to estimate the risk of mortality/recurrence/metastasis using different dietary patterns and comparison amongst the patterns.
Methods: Dietary patterns were identified by Cluster Analysis (CA), Principal Component Analysis (PCA), Alternate Mediterranean Diet score (altMED), Recommended Food Score (RFS) and Dietary Inflammatory Index (DII) scores using a 169-item food frequency questionnaire.

A total of 134 cattle serum samples were collected from organised cattle farms and were screened for CSFV antigen with a commercial antigen capture enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (Ag-ELISA) and reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction (RT-PCR). A total of 10 samples were positive for CSFV antigen by ELISA, while all of them were positive in PCR for 5'UTR region.
