Background: This paper presents two sampling-event datasets with occurrences of vascular plants, bryophytes and lichens collected in May-June 2021 in southern Ukraine. We aimed to collect high-quality biodiversity data in an understudied region and contribute it to international databases and networks. While the existing research provides a wealth of information about the static properties of RTK receivers, less is known about their dynamic properties, although it is clear that the vast majority of field operations take place when the machine is moving. A new method using a MRA for the evaluation of RTK receivers in movement with a precise circular reference trajectory ( = 3 m) was proposed. This reference method was developed with the greatest possible emphasis on the positional, time and repeatable accuracy of ground truth.

The relationship between career adaptability, hope, resilience, and life satisfaction are explored to unveil students' adaptability during times of crisis. The findings confirmed that hope is an important driver of resilience and life satisfaction.

[Genome analysis and primer sets determination for listeria species detection and gene typing].

Computer analysis of listeria genome isolates of sequences from EMBL, GenBank, DDBJ data bases has been made. Variable and highly conservative (homology degree is 90-100% for all known isolates) genes loci iap and listeriolysin (cytolysin) gene locuses have been determined. Primer sets for detection and differentiation of Listeria species by polymerase chain reaction (PCR) were designed by computer and following thermodynamic analysis.

[The epidemiological efficacy of opisthorchiasis control measures in Dnieper River basin foci].

The authors assess the epidemiologic efficacy of wide-scale antiopisthorchiasis measures taken in the basin of the Dnepr River in 1984-1990. The structure of the population morbidity and the time course of this morbidity under the effect of a complex of measures taken were analyzed in low-, medium, and highly-endemic foci of the disease. Hygienic education and adequate detection and treatment of the invaded subjects were found to be the principal factors contributing to sanitation of the population.

[Puncture scrotostomy--a treatment method in acute inflammatory diseases of the scrotal organs].

A method for the treatment of acute inflammatory diseases of the scrotal organs by means of puncture scrotostomy, which consists in passing the indwelling micro-irrigator into a cavity of the serous sheath of the testis and epididymis and administration via this route of antibacterial and resolving preparations for 4-5 days, is suggested. A method approved in treatment of 45 patients permits to avoid surgical intervention, and is highly effective.

[Cytologic assessment of spermatogenesis disorders in male sterility].

The cytologic method for the assessment of spermatogenesis disorders is based on the examination of the testicular biopsy specimen smears-impressions; it permits a qualitative and quantitative estimation of spermatogenous epithelial cells. The investigation is made on the day of the operation, this essentially accelerating the diagnosis of this abnormality. Spermatogenesis cessation or inhibition is determined on the cytogram at the level of the most 'mature' population of the germinative epithelium.
