As one of the modern transportation modes, the high-speed railway network system has been a robust part of the comprehensive transportation system in China. An important topic emerges the exploration and optimization of its structural organization and coordinated relationship with the regional development, including urban form, land use, and economy. Therefore, supported by the integration of geographical information system (GIS) and fractal theory, this paper aims to carry out an investigation and discussion on the structural characteristics, including intensity (density), complexity, nonstationarity, and heterogeneity of the high-speed railway network in China (HSRNC) from the perspective of the whole country and specific regions, i.

In this study, we present a case from a Chinese family with disordered metabolism and dystonia owing to variants; the clinical phenotypes of the proband were different from those of MEGDEL syndrome but were similar to those juvenile-onset complicated hereditary spastic paraplegia. Thus, in this study, we aimed to confirm the relationship between variants and complicated hereditary spastic paraplegia.

A metro collapse accident is the main type of metro construction accidents. How to scientifically analyze the key cause factors and their interaction coupling mechanism of the existing metro collapse accidents is crucial to reduce the occurrence of metro collapse. Based on the Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) and the Behavior security "2-4" Model (24Model), the FTA-24Model accident cause analysis framework was constructed by combing their respective characteristics.

Human peroxiredoxin 2 (Prx2), which is abundant in erythrocytes, has been shown to play a key role in protecting erythrocytes against oxidative stress by scavenging reactive oxygen species as well as participating in cell signal transduction. Here, human Prx2 gene was successfully cloned into Escherichia coli BL21 (DE3) for Prx2 expression. Sodium dodecyl sulfate polyacrylamide gel electrophoresis analysis suggested that the recombinant protein was expressed mainly in a soluble form.
