The agglomeration of metal-organic frameworks (MOFs) has long been a problem, and achieving stable monodispersity in water remains a great challenge. This paper reports a universal strategy that functionalizes MOFs by using an endogenous bioenzyme namely glucose oxidase (GOx), to achieve stable water monodispersity, and integrates it as a highly efficient nanoplatform for cancer synergistic therapy. Phenolic hydroxyl groups in GOx chain confers robust coordination interactions with MOFs, which not only endows stable monodispersion in water, but also provides many reactive sites for further modification.

We propose and demonstrate using the DIALux software with our proposed linear-regression machine-learning (LRML) algorithm for designing a practical indoor visible light positioning (VLP) system. Experimental results reveal that the average position errors and error distributions of the model trained via the DIALux simulation and trained via the experimental data match with each other. This implies that the training data can be generated in DIALux if the room dimensions and LED luminary parameters are available.

The emerging starvation therapy holds great promise in cancer treatment, however, its therapeutic effect is heavily reduced by intracellular hypoxia and high glutathione (GSH) conditions. To overcome these limitations, a new concept of starvation therapy pattern that employs biodegradable carriers with special selectivity and exhibits excellent anti-migration and therapy effect without using any invasive chemotherapy drugs was developed.
