Background: Bronchopulmonary foregut malformation (BPFM) is an uncommon condition, with few case reports documented in both national and international literature. This scarcity underscores the importance of utilizing effective imaging techniques to improve our understanding and diagnostic precision concerning this disorder.
Case Description: In the first case report, a neonate, born at full term and aged 15 days, presented with symptoms including dyspnea, coughing, wheezing, cyanosis, and vomiting.
Eco-friendly halide double perovskites are attracting significant attention as potential substitutes for traditional lead-based halide perovskites. However, their typically wide or indirect band gap limits further technological advancement. This study presents a new, eco-friendly, all-inorganic millimeter-scale CsCuAgI single crystal (SC).

Domain adaptation (DA) has started to be applied in iBMIs to solve the problem of daily retraining by taking advantage of historical data. However, previous DA studies used only a single source domain, which might lead to performance instability.

The efficient organic nonlinear optical material 4-hydroxy benzaldehyde-N-methyl 4-stilbazolium tosylate (HBST) was grown from methanol by slope nucleation method combined with slow cooling (SNM-SC) for the first time. The optimum growth conditions based on the cooling rate was further investigated. The single crystal X-ray diffraction (XRD) revealed that the chromophores of HBST crystal make an angle of about 33° with respect to the a-axis, which is close to the optimum of Terahertz (THz)-wave generation and electro-optics applications.

When hillock slopes on the (100) face of KDP crystals were measured within the supersaturation (σ) range of 0 < σ ≤ 0.06, the slope of hillocks with hollow cores depended nonlinearly on supersaturation.

For a 60% deuterated ADP crystal, the spontaneous Raman scattering intensity decreased by 38% compared with that of a pristine ADP crystal. At room temperature (24°C), noncritical phase-matching fourth harmonic generation of a 1053 nm laser was realized.

Based on the trend for the development of short wavelengths for ICF driving lasers, technical solutions for fourth harmonic generation (FHG) will undoubtedly attract more and more attention. In this paper, the rapid growth of an ADP crystal and non-critical phase-matching (NCPM) FHG of a 1053-nm laser using an ADP crystal are reported.
