The quantity of trophectoderm mtDNA was extrapolated from the NGS data, followed by the analysis of mean mtDNA levels between D5 and D6 blastocysts of the same ploidy (aneuploid/euploid) and transfer outcomes (positive/negative clinical pregnancy).
