It is one of the early fatal complications after hematopoietic stem cell transplantation. So far, the exact pathogenesis of CLS has not been elucidated, and the diagnostic criteria and treatment methods have not been unified.

Glioblastoma multiforme (GBM) is the most common and aggressive brain tumor with a poor prognosis. The growth of GBM cells depends on the core transcriptional apparatus, thus rendering RNA polymerase (RNA pol) complex as a candidate therapeutic target. The RNA pol II subunit B (POLR2B) gene encodes the second largest subunit of the RNA pol II (RPB2); however, its genomic status and function in GBM remain unclear.

Objective: To investigate the effect of course delay of CCLG-ALL-2008 regimen on the relapse of paediatric B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL) patients.
Methods: Paediatric B-ALL patients newly diagnosed and treated with CCLG-ALL-2008 regimen in the Children's Hospital of Soochow University from January 2011 to December 2014 were retrospectively analyzed to clarify the relationship between chemotherapy course delay and relapse, and explore the causes of course delay which led to relapse. Patients were followed up until July 2019.
Background: Acute myeloid leukemia (AML) is a myeloid neoplasm makes up 7.6% of hematopoietic malignancies. Super-enhancers (SEs) represent a special group of enhancers, which have been reported in multiple cell types.

Objective: To observe the efficacy of chimeric antigen receptor T cell (CAR-T) in the treatment of children with refractory/recurrent B acute lymphocytic leukemia (B-ALL).
Methods: Thirty-two patients with r/r B-ALL were treated by CAR-T, the recurrence and death respectively were the end point events to evaluate the efficacy and safety of CAR-T.
Results: The median age of the patients was 7.

Objective: To analyze the efficacy of children with B-cell acute lymphoblastic leukemia (B-ALL) without prognostic fusion genes treated by CCLG-ALL 2008, and investigate the related factors affecting the recurrence of the patients.
Methods: B-ALL patients without prognostic fusion genes treated by the protocol of CCLG-ALL 2008 in our hospital from March 2008 to December 2012 were retrospectively analyzed. Follow-up time was ended in August 31, 2019.
Objective: Cytogenetic abnormalities have been proven to be the most valuable parameter for risk stratification of childhood acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL). However, studies on the prevalence of cytogenetic abnormalities and their correlation to clinical features in Chinese pediatric patients are limited, especially large-scale studies.
Methods: We collected the cytogenetics and clinical data of 1541 children newly diagnosed with ALL between 2001 and 2014 in four Chinese hospitals, and retrospectively analyzed their clinical features, prognosis and risk factors associated with pediatric ALL.
Background: Acute myeloid leukemia (AML) is a myeloid neoplasm accounts for 7.6% of hematopoietic malignancies. AML is a complex disease, and understanding its pathophysiology is contributing to the improvement in the treatment and prognosis of AML.

Recent studies have shown that murine double minute2 homolog (MDM2) protein inhibitors are promising anticancer agents. MI-773 is a novel and specific antagonist of MDM2, however, the molecular mechanism of its anti-NB activity remains unclear.

Nevertheless, endogenous immunosurveillance usually fails to recover after chemotherapy, permitting relapse. The underlying mechanisms of this therapeutic failure have remained poorly understood.

Objective: To analyze the efficacy of CCLG-ALL-2008 protocol and the related factors of treatment failure in children with acute lymphoblastic leukemia (ALL).
Methods: The clinical data of 400 children newly-diagnosed ALL in Children's Hospital of Soochow University from March 1, 2008 to December 31, 2012 was retrospectively analyzed. All the children accepted CCLG-ALL-2008 protocol, and were followed-up until October 2019.
With the dramatic improvements in outcomes following alternative donor hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT), interest in the use of alternative donors in severe aplastic anemia (SAA) is increasing. We conducted a multicenter prospective study to explore the efficiency and safety of upfront HSCT from a 6-8/8 HLA-matched unrelated donor (MUD) or 6-7/8 HLA-matched related donor (MRD) in acquired SAA patients under 40 years. Between August 2014 and July 2017, 115 patients were enrolled, including 48 (41.

Objective: To investigate whether miRNA-30a is involved in the pathogenesis of ITP by affecting the differentiation of Th17 cells, and to explore its possible mechanism of miRNA-30a involved in the pathogenesis of ITP through the verification of the target gene SOCS3 for the prediction of miRNA-30a.
Methods: Firstly, a chronic ITP mouse model was established. The expression of miRNA-30a and RORγt in the spleen mononuclear cells were detected and their correlation were analyzed.
Background: Timely reconstitution of a donor-derived immune system is important for recovery and long-term survival of patients after allogeneic hematopoietic stem cell transplantation (HSCT). We describe a case of Wiskott-Aldrich syndrome (WAS) treated by umbilical cord blood transplantation (UCBT) with atypical immune reconstruction.
Case Summary: A 1-year-old Chinese male infant was diagnosed with WAS.
Treatment and prognosis of Fanconi anaemia (FA) and acquired aplastic anaemia (AA) differ. However, delayed and inappropriate treatments are administered in FA due to its similarities to AA in presentation. The objective of the current study was to elucidate differences between the molecular mechanisms underlying FA and AA as well as to identify biomarkers and pathways associated with FA via bioinformatics analyses.

The dissection of such intratumoral heterogeneity is crucial to understand how tumors evolve during disease progression and under the selection of therapeutic intervention. As a paradigm of cancer intratumoral heterogeneity and clonal evolution, acute myeloid leukemia (AML) has been shown to possess complex clonal architecture based on karyotype studies, as well as deep sequencing of mixed cellular populations using next-generation sequencing (NGS) technologies.
