Based on the modern anatomy and physiology, the referred pain of myofascial trigger points of each muscle is integrated; compared with the twelve meridians as well as conception vessel and governor vessel, the similarity of their position and running course is observed. With the current research progress of myofascial trigger points and fasciology, based on the running course of referred pain of trigger points, combined with fascia mechanics, nerve and vascular, the location of acupoints and meridians, as well as the relationship between acupoints and meridians, are discussed.

Methods: A systematic literature retrieval was conducted in the Chinese Bio medicine Database, CNKI database, Chongqin VIP database and Wangfang database. The statistical analysis was performed using a RevMan 4.
Parkinson's disease (PD) is the second most common progressive neurodegenerative movement disorder. Nicotinamide phosphoribosyltransferase (NAMPT) catalyzes the first rate‑limiting step in the nicotinamide adenine dinucleotide (NAD+) biosynthetic pathway in mammals, is a substrate for NAD+‑dependent enzymes, such as sirtuin 1 (SIRT1), and contributes to cell fate decisions. However, the role of NAMPT in PD has remained to be fully elucidated.

Methods: The patients, who were randomized into an ENOTES group and an operative group, underwent ENOTES and laparotomy, respectively. The results and complications of the two groups were compared.
Three types of MnO2 nanostructures, viz., α-MnO2 nanotubes, hollow β-MnO2 bipyramids, and solid β-MnO2 bipyramids, have been synthesized via a simple template-free hydrothermal method. Cyclic voltammetry and galvanostatic charge/discharge measurements demonstrate that the hollow β-MnO2 bipyramids exhibit the highest specific capacity and the best cyclability; the capacity retains 213 mAh g(-1) at a current density of 100 mA g(-1) after 150 cycles.

The as-obtained CNFWs exhibit a superhigh reversible capacity of 943 mAh g(-1) at a current density of 2 A g(-1) even after 600 cycles, which is ascribed to the novel porous nanostructure and high-level nitrogen doping.

Objectives: To evaluate the efficacy of autogenous bone marrow stromal-derived osteoblasts-porous calcium phosphate ceramic composites as an alternative to autogenous graft materials in a lumbar interbody spinal fusion model.
Summary Of Background Data: Bone marrow contains a population of rare progenitor cells capable of differentiating into bone, cartilage, muscle, tendon, and other connective tissues.
