Background: Enhancer of zeste 2 polycomb repressive complex 2 subunit (EZH2) is overexpressed in hepatocellular carcinoma, promoting tumorigenesis and correlating with poor prognosis. Traditional histopathological examinations are insufficient to accurately predict hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) survival; however, pathomics models can predict EZH2 expression and HCC prognosis. This study aimed to investigate the relationship between pathomics features and EZH2 expression for predicting overall survival of patients with HCC.

Complications associated with intrauterine contraceptive devices (IUDs), particularly those involving migration into the bladder, are infrequent occurrences yet clinically significant. The clinical presentation of patients with IUD displacement into the bladder is frequently vague and non-specific, posing a challenge for timely and accurate diagnosis. This report details the case of a patient who presented with an IUD malpositioned into the bladder, initially manifesting solely as urinary frequency.

Breast cancer has the highest incidence rate among all cancer types worldwide, seriously threatening women's health. The present retrospective study explored differences in serum lipid contents in different breast cancer (BC) subcategories and their correlation with Ki-67 expression levels in patients with invasive BC with the aim of identifying novel diagnostic and prognostic indicators for personalized BC treatment. The study included 170 patients diagnosed with BC who were diagnosed with invasive BC by postoperative pathological examination.

We recruited male patients who visited the infertility outpatient departments of three teaching hospitals in North China and evaluated their generalized anxiety symptoms using the self-administered 7-item generalized anxiety disorder (GAD-7) scale. Seminal analysis was performed as per WHO guidelines.
