Introduction Fetal malpresentation is a complication of pregnancy in which the fetus does not present cephalically as required for vaginal birth. After a diagnosis is made, management options include cesarean section (CS) or external cephalic version (ECV). ECV is a procedure in which providers attempt to manually maneuver the fetus to cephalic position, allowing patients to attempt vaginal birth.

Methods: Women with abnormal Pap smear presenting for colposcopy at an urban teaching hospital were asked to participate in qualitative interviews.
Objective: To study how severity and progression of coronavirus disease (COVID-19) affect cytokine profiles in pregnant women.
Materials And Methods: 69 third-trimester, pregnant women were tested for COVID-19 infection and SARS-CoV-2 specific IgM and IgG antibodies. Patients were stratified according to SARS-CoV-2 Reverse Transcriptase-PCR (RT-PCR) status and serology (IgM and IgG) status.
Purpose To evaluate dynamic gallium 68 (Ga) tetraazacyclododecane tetraacetic acid octreotate (DOTATATE) brain PET/MRI as an adjunct modality in meningioma, enabling multiparametric standardized uptake value (SUV) and Patlak net binding rate constant () imaging, and to optimize static acquisition period. Materials and Methods In this prospective study (ClinicalTrials.gov no.

The purpose of this investigation was to evaluate if a relationship exists between tumor vascularity and SSTR2 expression, which may play a role in meningioma prognostication and clinical management.
Materials And Methods: Gallium-68-DOTATATE PET/MRI with dynamic contrast-enhanced (DCE) perfusion was prospectively performed.
Distinguishing frontotemporal lobar degeneration (FTLD) and Alzheimer Disease (AD) on FDG-PET based on qualitative review alone can pose a diagnostic challenge. SPM has been shown to improve diagnostic performance in research settings, but translation to clinical practice has been lacking. Our purpose was to create a heuristic scoring method based on statistical parametric mapping z-scores.

However, a small subset of these tumors recur, and little is known about prognostic markers or established mutation profiles associated with recurrence. The goal of the current study was to identify the molecular profiles of the primary carcinomas and the genomic differences between primary tumors and subsequent recurrences.

We sought to characterize the impact of SARS-CoV-2 infection proximate and remote from delivery on placental pathology. We performed a secondary analysis of placental pathology from a prospective cohort of universally tested SARS-CoV-2 positive women >20 weeks gestation at 1 institution.

The authors sought to determine the impact of COVID-19 on cancer treatment, anxiety, and financial distress among low-income patients with gynecologic cancer during the peak of the NYC pandemic.
Methods: Medicaid-insured women who were receiving gynecologic oncology care at 2 affiliated centers were contacted by telephone interviews between March 15 and April 15, 2020.
Background: The COVID-19 pandemic has resulted in unprecedented challenges for people living with cancer, impacting not only physical health but psychological well-being. The psychological response affects the individual as well as the community and can persist long after the outbreak. We aim to assess coping strategies employed by women with ovarian cancer during the COVID-19 pandemic.

We report a case of a 68-year old woman with recurrent uterine serous adenocarcinoma who underwent molecular testing and genetic sequencing of her tumor. She was found to have focal amplification of ERBB2 confirmed by amplification and overexpression of HER2/ fluorescence hybridization and immunohistochemistry.
