Introduction Tonsillectomy is the most common surgery in otorhinolaryngology worldwide, with many indications in adults and children. Traditionally, all tonsillectomy specimens are routinely submitted for histopathological examination, even in the absence of clinical suspicion of malignancy. This practice has been debated due to its resource implications and the low yield of malignancy in routine cases.

We present seven cases of intractable epistaxis following a nasopharyngeal swab that required sphenopalatine artery ligation. We aim to shed light on this life-threatening condition, emphasizing the importance of recognizing and mitigating such complications.

The as-prepared Fe-Ni MOF/f-MWCNTs was confirmed by the several physicochemical studies. A micro spindle shaped, highly porous, and crystalline Fe-Ni MOF/f-MWCNTs was noticed.

Pesudocapacitance, high energy density, and specific capacitance may be provided by electrodes and redox mediator electrolytes used in redox-aided asymmetric supercapacitor equipment (RAASC), which are essential for their practical implementation. In this work, the rod and microsphere structure of the Ni/Co-mixed metal-organic framework (MOF) positive electrode material was synthesized using the hydrothermal method.

We have studied the relationship of headache with a different type of contact points in our study.
Objectives: The aim of our study was to study two different types of mucosal contact point between the lateral nasal wall and the nasal septum and to study their relationship with symptom of headache.
Invasive aspergillosis is commonly encountered in immunosuppressed patients either primarily through direct inoculation or secondary from blood dissemination. This report describes a case of 53 years old immunocompromised female patient who was diagnosed with frontotemporal anaplastic astrocytoma and developed nasal skin lesion turned to be invasive cutaneous aspergillosis.

A comparative study has been attempted on 1-substituted 2-(pyridin-2-yl)-1-benzo[]imidazole ligand-coordinated copper and cobalt metal complex electrolytes Cu[nbpbi](PF), Cu[npbi](PF), Co[nbpbi](PF), and Co[npbi](PF) in dry acetonitrile coupled with both N3 and N719 dyes in dye-sensitized solar cell (DSSC) devices. Impressively, the copper metal sites coordinated with ligands nbpbi (L1) and npbi (L2) shift the redox potential about 190-200 mV and pave the way to achieve remarkably higher power current efficiency, which is clarified with cyclic voltammetry, electrochemical impedance spectrum, electron lifetime, and quasi Fermi-level experimental results. Overall efficiencies of 4.

Third generation triazole bridged BODIPY dendrimers show higher light energy harvesting efficiency of 2.5% better than the first and second generation dendrimers, when used as a dye material in solar cells.

. Angiofibroma is a benign tumor, consisting of fibrous tissue with varying degrees of vascularity, characterized by proliferation of stellate and spindle cells around the blood vessels. It most commonly arises from the nasopharynx, although it may rarely arise in extranasopharyngeal sites.

Nasal natural killer/T cell lymphoma (Nasal NKTCL), which is a subtype of peripheral T cell lymphoma, constitutes about 1.4% of all lymphomas.

In cases of recurrent secondary PTH, one should consider coagulopathies as the hidden pathology. Factor XIII deficiency is very rare, suggested to be present 1 in 2 million people.

It is common practice to only intervene in the presence of recurrent infections or significant conductive hearing loss. In an attempt to provide evidence regarding the efficacy and safety of surgical intervention, we have analyzed the long-term outcome of tympanoplasty for AdOM .

ADCME has been reported worldwide with different genetic loci in Japanese families (8q23.3-q24.

This case entailed oropharyngeal trauma, with a delayed presentation as a retroauricular cyst accompanied by otorrhea that mimicked the classic presentation of an infected first branchial cleft anomaly. During surgical excision of the presumed branchial anomaly, a large wooden stick was found in the tract.
