Efficacy comparison of acupuncture and balanced acupuncture combined with TongduZhengji manipulation in the treatment of acute lumbar sprain.

Objective: To compare the curative effect of balanced acupuncture combined with TongduZhengji manipulation vs acupuncture in the treatment of acute lumbar sprain.

Methods: Clinical data of 71 patients with acute lumbar sprains in our hospital from January 2020 to December 2020 were retrospectively analyzed. Patients were divided into single group (n=35) and combined group (n=36) based on treatment methods.
