Introduction: Stereotactic body radiation therapy (SBRT) is associated with high local control rates in hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC). This study reports the outcomes of SBRT compared to surgical resection (SR) and percutaneous ablation (PA) for treatment-naïve, solitary HCCs ≤3 cm.
Methods: This was a retrospective study of patients with BCLC stage 0/A HCC with a single ≤3 cm lesion, treated with curative intent between 2016 and 2020.
Aims: Standard curative options for early-stage, solitary hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) are often unsuitable due to liver dysfunction, comorbidities and/or tumour location. We report outcomes of young, fit GBM patients treated with HF-RT and CF-RT during the COVID-19 pandemic, and a meta-analysis of HF-RT literature in this patient subgroup.
Methods: Hospital records of patients with IDH-wildtype GBM treated with HF-RT (50 Gy/20 fractions) and CF-RT (60 Gy/30 fractions) between January 2020 and September 2021 were reviewed.

Background: We examined the correlation between initial Pirani and Dimeglio scores and their individual components to the number of casts for older clubfoot children.
Methods: Twenty seven patients (39 feet) aged 2-11 years with idiopathic clubfeet were treated using the Ponseti technique and correlation with number of corrective casts calculated. The number of cast required was counted from application of primary cast to the time of initiation of the foot abduction orthosis.
There are many options to treat post osteomyelitic gaps in forearm bones. We report a pediatric series with postosteomyelitic forearm segmental defects reconstructed with fibular only graft: the non vascular fibular intramedullary bridging bone and additional grafting (FIBBAG) and the results thereof. Background: Studies suggest that combining radiotherapy (RT) with programmed cell death protein 1 (PD-1) blockade may elicit a synergistic antitumor response.
