Wunderlich Syndrome: A Rare Case Associated with Bleeding Renal Angiomyolipoma (AML).

Renal angiomyolipoma (AML) is a benign mesenchymal tumor composed of fat, smooth muscle, and blood vessels. It represents 1-3% of solid renal tumors. Despite the benign nature of this tumor, it can be aggressive with locoregional extension.

Infected mesenteric cyst.

Mesenteric cyst is a rare condition. Presentation with non-typhoid spontaneous infection in an unusual area makes it even more a rare situation with mesenteric cyst. Its diagnosis is mainly based on the imaging modalities.

A rare occurrence and management of familial schwannomatosis.

We are presenting a familial schwannomatosis without the features of neurofibromatosis (NF). We retrospectively reviewed the hospital charts, radiology films, operative notes and pathology slides of the patient. There was a family history of schwannomatosis.
