Ethnopharmacological Relevance: Yi-Shen-Hua-Shi (YSHS) granule is an effective prescription widely used in traditional Chinese medicine to treat diabetic kidney disease (DKD), its exact efficacy in treating DKD has been confirmed but the underlying regulatory mechanism has not been fully elucidated.
