Methods: This study retrospectively analyzed 216 prostate cancer patients who had [Ga]Ga-PSMA-11 PET/CT before radical prostatectomy. False-positive lesion was defined as suspicious lesion with PRIMARY score ≥ 3 on PET/CT but benign on whole-mount pathology.
In this study, bio-based composite films with enhanced barrier, mechanical, antioxidant and antimicrobial properties were prepared by incorporating Stropharia rugosoannulata waste (SP)-derived polysaccharides (SPP) and carbon dots (SPCDs) as an active substance into gelatin (GEL) matrix, which were evaluated for their potential application in pork preservation. The effects of varying concentrations of SPCDs on the morphology, microstructure, and overall performance of the films were systematically investigated. The findings demonstrated that the addition of SPCDs to the GEL/SPP matrix significantly improved the mechanical strength, water vapor permeability, and ultraviolet light blocking ability of the composite films.

To improve prediction performance and reduce artifacts in Raman spectra, we developed an eXtreme Gradient Boosting (XGBoost) preprocessing method to preprocess the Raman spectra of glucose, glycerol and ethanol mixtures. To ensure the robustness and reliability of the XGBoost preprocessing method, an X-LR model (which combined XGBoost preprocessing and a linear regression (LR) model) and a X-MLP model (which combined XGBoost preprocessing and a multilayer perceptron (MLP) model) were developed.
