[The role of immune links in the gastric acid-forming function in peptic ulcer patients].

Results are of a comparative analysis of immunological and biochemical parameters in 116 patients with duodenal ulcer before operative treatment and in the follow-up (1-3 years) after different types of vagotomy. A close relationship has been established between the immune and neurohumoral links of regulation and state of the acid forming gastric function in patients with ulcer disease.

[Characteristics of immunologic status in patients with post-vagotomy disorders].

The results of examination of 578 patients with different postvagotomy disorders are presented. The patients with complete, incomplete and inadequate vagotomy were marked out. Among the postvagotomy disorders, the functional, organic and mixed ones were distinguished.
