Polyarthritis with chondronecrosis associated with osteonecrosis, panniculitis and pancreatitis.

Arthritis associated with panniculitis complicating pancreatitis is well described in the literature, usually associated with osteonecrosis. Chondronecrosis has not been reported before in association with pancreatitis. We report a patient with chronic pancreatitis who presented with polyarthritis, panniculitis, osteonecrosis, but in addition had clear evidence of chondronecrosis.
