Industrial hemp, one of the most widely available and extensively produced varieties, generates a substantial amount of waste in the form of hemp cellulose. This study uses a recycling method combining crushing and acid treatment to convert leftover hemp fiber into ultrafine powder. A scanning electron microscope (SEM), an atomic force microscope (AFM), Fourier transform infra-red spectroscopy (FTIR), and X-ray diffraction (XRD) were used to examine the morphology of acid-treated hemp fiber heated to 200 °C and crushed into powder.

Objectives: Primary prevention of concussions is a priority in contact sports, with growing interest in the role of neck strength in mitigating the risks of concussion. Introduction: Prostate cancer is one of the most prevalent malignancies affecting men globally, with a significant impact on health-related quality of life (HRQOL). With the recent therapeutic advancements and improvements in survival, there is a need to understand the determinants of HRQOL in metastatic prostate cancer patients to optimize treatment strategies for quality of life as the number of survivors increases. In search of new compounds to exhibit antioxidant and anti-inflammatory activity here, we have successfully reported the synthesis of three novel compounds of Piperidin-4-one skeleton by adopting simple and convenient methods. Compound , (3, 3-dimethyl-2, 6-bis(3,4,5-trimethoxyphenyl) piperidin-4-one) was synthesized by one-pot Mannich condensation reaction having good yield (88 %).

Despite this, no quantitative analysis has been conducted on the efficacy of SC therapy for POF in humans. Evaluating stereotactic accuracy with patient-specific MRI distortion corrections for frame-based radiosurgery.

Purpose: This study examines how MRI distortions affect frame-based SRS treatments and assesses the need for clinical distortion corrections.

Methods: The study included 18 patients with 80 total brain targets treated using frame-based radiosurgery. Distortion within patients' MRIs were corrected using Cranial Distortion Correction (CDC) software, which utilizes the patient's CT to alter planning MRIs to reduce inherent intra-cranial distortion.

Rare Presentation of En Cuirasse Detected on 18-F FDG PET/CT in a Case of Recurrent Breast Carcinoma.

Carcinoma en cuirasse is a type of cutaneous metastasis from different malignancies. En cuirasse although is a rare entity, most commonly occurs in cases of recurrent breast carcinoma after surgery or very rarely months or years after diagnosis of primary tumor. We report a rare case of neck carcinoma en cuirasse in a 47-year-old Indian female who is a known case of recurrent carcinoma left breast postmodified radical mastectomy, chemotherapy, and radiotherapy referred for fluorodeoxyglucose positron emission tomography-computed tomography following another six cycles of chemotherapy for response assessment.
