We studied the response of neutrophils, macrophages, and mast cells to local application of silica nanoparticles (10-20 nm). Histological examination of tonsillar postoperative material from 6 patients aged 24-44 years with recurrent tonsillitis was carried out. Irrigation of the tonsillar lacunae was carried out over 5 days before bilateral tonsillectomy: on the right by Polysorb MP suspension (1 g/liter), on the left by saline.

The histomorphological investigation of the material harvested intraoperatively following rehabilitation of the purulent focus in the middle ear and the removal of the tumour from the inside of the right vestibular fold confirmed the diagnosis of colloid goiter.

Pathogenetically, hepatic tuberculosis is a manifestation of general military tuberculosis with the infection brought in through the hematogenous route (through the hepatic artery or the portal system) as a result of intestinal or mesenteric lymph node tuberculosis. We report a case of combination of hepatic tuberculosis and diabetes mellitus in a young woman with reference to the clinical course of the disease, its diagnostics and treatment.

Structural and metabolic basis for perverted regeneration of mucosa near the ulcer under continuous enteral exposure to toxic factor, dose dependence in chronization of acute gastric ulcer were established for the first time.

The study included 72 patients with Fontain-Pokrovsky III stage ischemia caused by impaired distal leg circulation. Thirty five patients received intra-arterial injections of ozonized Perftoran in addition to conventional "base" therapy.

Influence of a high-molecular compound capable of augmenting viscosity, namely: polyethylene oxide Polyox WSR-301, on hemodynamic parameters in rat mesenteric microvessels was investigated. A substantial decrease in the arteriolar hemodynamic resistance caused by the polymer was revealed. Special research has shown that this reaction is not connected with a vasodilatation and, therefore, is caused by a reduction in the "apparent" viscosity of the blood, i.

Pressure in the mesenteric arterial microvessels was measured two weeks in rats adapted to the head-down suspension. Intravenous polyethylene oxide (Polyox WSR-301, end-concentration in the order of 2.

Development of diastasis of m. rectus abdominis is caused by primary structural and metabolic changes of myocytes caused by the extreme overload.

These injections lead to an increase of the cardiac output, to a decrease of the blood pressure, and hence cause a reduction of the resistance to blood flow. It follows that such kind of polymers is able to normalize hemodynamics under some pathophysiological conditions, e.

The work gives a comparative analysis of the treatment of 249 patients with diastasis of the rectus abdominis muscles according to the degree of restoration of the working capacity, the existence of gastrointestinal discomfort, recurrence of the disease, and the dynamics of changes of the morphological and functional values of these muscles. The clinical and functional-morphological results were best after plastics of the anterior abdominal wall by the method suggested by the authors. With the use of this method the results were good in 40 (71.

This injection has been associated with 17% decreased pressure (servo-nulling method) and 54% increased blood velocity (laser Doppler fluxmetry) in mesenteric arterioles (d - about 24 mu), but no increase in their internal diameter was observed (image-split method). Vasodilatation (adenosine, 10(-5) M) did not change the hemodynamic response of the arterioles to polymer infusion.
