- The study developed highly fluorescent sulfur and nitrogen co-doped carbon quantum dots (SN-CQDs) using a simple one-pot hydrothermal method.
- The SN-CQDs showed strong fluorescence that could be selectively quenched by certain drugs (RFP, TNZ, ONZ, MNZ), allowing for their measurement without complex preparation or costly equipment.
- Validation of the method confirmed it to be effective in analyzing these drugs in commercial products and spiked human plasma samples, achieving high recovery rates and adherence to ICH standards.

Objective: Many patients of liver cirrhosis are complaining of muscle cramps, which are annoying to them. There is no effective treatment for muscle cramps in cirrhotic patients till now. This study purposed to evaluate efficacy and safety of orphenadrine in the treatment of muscle cramps in cirrhotic patients.
