Gorlin syndrome (GS), also known as nevoid basal cell carcinoma syndrome (NBCCS), is a rare inherited multisystem disorder. This paper presents a 22-years-old Iranian woman with this syndrome whose past history was multiple keratocysts of maxillary bone. She was referred to gynecology clinic with the chief complaint of irregular menses and vaginal spotting.
