Hemangiopericytoma of the uterus: a rare case of pelvic mass.

Hemangiopericytoma (HPC) is an uncommon perivascular tumor which may arise from anywhere in the body accounts for 1% of primary vascular tumors. Uterine hemangiopericytomas are usually low grade malignancies with better prognosis. The primary treatment is usually total hysterectomy and bilateral salpingo-oophorectomy.
