Knowledge and attitude toward biological warfare among health-related students: A cross-sectional questionnaire-based survey.

Purpose: Many types of research have been published on the history of biological warfare, the agents used, and the medical implications. However, no studies measure how people are aware of the magnitude of these health problems and international threats. The present study aimed to produce and make background about biological warfare information for health college students to be used as a basis for future studies or research and prepare the hospitals' bases for similar disasters.

Awareness of stroke signs, symptoms, and risk factors among Jazan University students: An analytic cross-sectional study from Jazan, Saudi Arabia.

In the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the lifetime risk of stroke is estimated to be between 23% and 28.9%, whereas in Jazan region of the Kingdom there is a high prevalence of sickle cell anemia, which is known to increase the risk of stroke. This study aimed to assess awareness of stroke signs, symptoms, and risk factors among university students in the southern region of Saudi Arabia.
