Deficiency of adenosine deaminase 2 is a rare monogenic multi-organ disease of children and less often adults resulting from mutations in the adenosine deaminase 2 gene. We present a case of a 35-year-old Palestinian male with adenosine deaminase 2 deficiency and maturity-onset diabetes of the young type 2. The patient initially presented with complaints of swelling in his neck and night sweats, leading to a diagnosis of Hodgkin lymphoma.
