The effects of platinum nanoparticles on the morphological structures of the solid phase of blood serum and the tone of cerebral microvessels as indicators of the dynamics of homeostasis were studied on outbred albino male rats (n=40) weighing 300-350 g. Platinum nanoparticles were injected to experimental animals in 1 ml of physiological saline. For systemic BP measurements and blood sampling, the femoral artery was isolated and catheterized.

The work shows the general patterns of dehydration of natural biological fluids and their model solutions. Simulation of dehydration of the secret allowed us to identify the most informative parameters of changes in its composition in pathology and to develop criteria for diagnosing the inflammatory process of the VDP using the wedge-shaped dehydration method.

Reversible cerebral ischemia of medium severity was reproduced in male Wistar rats by bilateral occlusion of the common carotid arteries. Solid-phase structures (anisomorphons) were obtained by marginal dehydration of the serum. Small focal isotropic defects in the serum anisomorphon texture were found in 100% cases during occlusion of the carotid arteries.

Background: To estimate the prevalence, awareness, treatment and control of arterial hypertension among adult inhabitants of Krasnoyarsk Krai using the data from Russian multicenter epidemiological study ESSE-RF (Epidemiological Survey of cardiovascular diSEases in different regions of the Russian Federation).
Methods: The study included 1603 subjects 25 to 64 years old selected by means of systemic multistage stratified randomization among urban and rural inhabitants of Krasnoyarsk Krai recruited between February 2014 and June 2014. Office blood pressure (BP) was measured twice with "Omron" automated BP device on the right arm in the sitting position in presence of medical personnel.

The effects of various modes of low-intensity laser exposure on the sera of healthy subjects and patients are studied. It is shown by the cuneiform dehydration method that the serum structure is liable to change in response to certain modes of low-intensity laser exposure. The structure of patients' sera is more sensitive to low-intensity laser exposure.

Methods: Integrated estimation pathophysiological changes at brain ischemia received on solid-phase structures of blood serum (BS) at 27 rats-male Vistar in weight of 300-390 g.
Anemia of chronic disease (ACD) is a leading cause of anemic syndrome in patients with rheumatoid arthritis (RA). Enhanced hepcidin production mainly stimulated by excess interleukin-6 levels is a key pathodgentic component of ACD (frequently known as anemia of inflammation) by causing the degradation of the transmembrane protein ferroportin, hepcidin impairs iron metabolism. On the basis of the material of recent publications the review gives present-day views on the pathodgenesis of ACD in RA, approaches to the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of ACD, especially in its concomitance with iron-deficiency anemia, as well as approaches to therapy for the type of anemic syndrome with the complex mechanism for its development.

Objective: Aim of our study/research was to define a functional condition of urinary system in long-livers using the new diagnostic technology which analyses the structures of biological liquid at its phase transition in a solid state.
Methods: A case series study was held.
Dynamic observation of 32 patients with laryngeal cancer, treated with radiotherapy and combination therapy, was performed using diagnostic technology "Litos-system", including the definition of serum morphotypes by marginal dehydration of biological fluids. In nine of them, on the background of the treatment, there was continued growth of the tumor. In the blood serum seven of nine patients had special microspheroliths, characterized by the presence of "wavy" structures.

Different aspects of pathogenesis of the disease in selected age groups of the patients (from childhood to senility) are considered and analysed with special reference to the etiology of acute and chronic pyelonephritis as well as the risk factors of this disease.

We used a novel Litos system diagnostic technology based on morphological analysis of dehydrated biological fluid The aim of the study was to develop methods for CP diagnostics from morphological characteristics of urine at different stages of the disease. It included 108 patients aged 58+/-1.

Using a novel diagnostic technology that allows to investigate the structure of a biological fluid formed during its phase transition into a dried film, we revealed a cause of mistaken results of protein concentrations in the cerebrospinal fluid of patients with discogenic radiculitis. The traditional laboratory study does not reveal the elevated content of protein in patients with discogenic radiculitis and hernia of invertebral discs due to its more active binding with salts with the following sedimentation during centrifugation. It can be explained by the involvement of salt crystals in the formation of the inert organic-mineral aggregate with protein molecules which structure was changed by dystrophy, ischemia, hypoxia, mechanic damage, tumor process.

It is marked, that actually geriatric service is submitted by a wide network of establishments of various functional orientation and specialization: the establishments rendering the medico-social help to elderly patients in-home, in outpatient and stationary conditions. Thus territorial distribution of establishments is of non-uniform and not always corresponds to the actual requirements of region.

Our new technology is based on the study of structures of biological fluids formed during transition from liquid to solid state by dehydration under special conditions. These structures are formed due to the special "mosaic" configuration of molecules and microaggregates of the substance (protein and others) dissolved in the studied fluids.

This research has revealed the morphological structure of the oral liquid obtained from 187 adolescents on the basis of self-organized process occurring during the phase transition "liquid-solid". The results of the research have been compared with the data obtained in the course of dental checkup. The parameters of the oral liquid morphological structure in case of healthy periodontium have been identified and the markers of pathology caused by periodontal tissue inflammation and caries have been determined.

The method of wedge-type dehydration was made use of to study the specificity of the systemic structure of 496 samples of aqueous humor obtained in the course of surgical interventions in 62 patients for senile cataract. The results were analyzed with respect to a cataract stage and it was established that the systemic structure of aqueous humor reflects different-phase impairments in the system of the intermolecular interaction of aqueous-humor components, which is mainly related with activated processes of organic products' mineralization as observed in senile cataract progression.

At early ontogenesis in the organism of mammals, including humans, the immunological tolerance is induced to own (self) antigens that prevents the development of autoimmune reactions in adult life. The system of immune recognition reaches its fine discriminative capacity in mammals and humans on the background of recognition of self HLA class I (CTL of CD8(+) phenotype) or class II (T helpers of CD4(+) phenotype).

The authors' procedure for wedge biological fluid dehydration reveals a wide autowave spectrum that is clearly detectable when the fluid passes into the solid phase. A hypothesis of the autowave interaction of biologically active molecules is forwarded, which considers autowaves as a basis of organization of physiological and pathological processes occurring in the body.
