Purpose: To examine fear of death and disruption in sleep patterns in individuals who have experienced an earthquake.

Method: A descriptive and relationship-oriented study was performed with 322 individuals who experienced the February 6, 2023, earthquake in Turkey. Data were collected between February 20 and May 15, 2023.

The Effect of the Neuman Systems Model-Based Training and Follow-up on Self-Efficacy and Symptom Control in Patients Undergoing Chemotherapy.

In this article, the authors aimed to determine the effect of the training and follow-up based on the Neuman systems model provided to patients undergoing chemotherapy on their self-efficacy and symptom control. The study was carried out with a randomized controlled experimental study model design. The sample consisted of 102 patients including 52 in the experimental group and 50 in the control group.

The Effect of Reiki Intervention on Fatigue and Anxiety in Hemodialysis Patients: A Randomized Controlled Study.

This study was conducted to investigate the effects of Reiki on fatigue and anxiety in hemodialysis patients. This study was designed as a randomized controlled study. Investigation of factors associated with stigma and social support in patients with epilepsy in Turkey: A cross-sectional study.

Aim: The purpose of this study was to identify the stigma and multidimensional perceived social support levels of patients with epilepsy, as well as the factors affecting them.

Method: The sample of the study consisted of 115 patients with epilepsy followed up in a university hospital in eastern Turkey. The data of the study were collected using the descriptive information form, the Jacoby Stigma Scale, and the Multidimensional Scale of Perceived Social Support.

The Relationship Between Spirituality and Hopelessness Among Cancer Patients in Turkey.

The aim of this study was to determine the relationship between spirituality and hopelessness in cancer patients. The study used a cross-sectional and correlational design and included 650 cancer patients. The data were collected using a patient information form, the Spiritual Orientation Scale, and the Beck Hopelessness Scale.

Undergraduate Nursing Students' Stress and Fear of Missing Out.

Background: This descriptive study analyzed the stress in nursing education and the fear of missing out.

Method: This study was conducted at a public university in eastern Turkey and included 1,119 undergraduate nursing students.

Result: Findings indicated there was no statistically significant relationship between the levels of stress experienced by students during their nursing education and their fears of missing out.

This study was carried out to evaluate the effect of acupressure applied to hemodialysis patients on the level of daytime sleepiness and sleep quality. The data were collected using the Descriptive Information Form, Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index, and Epworth Sleepiness Scale. In the study, a total of 12 sessions of acupressure were applied to the Shenmen (HT7), Sanyingjao (Sp6), and Yungquan (KI1) points in the experimental group for 4 weeks.

This study was conducted to investigate the effects of Reiki and guided imagery on pain and fatigue in oncology patients. This quasi-experimental study with a pretest and posttest design was conducted with 180 oncology patients at the oncology clinic of Dicle University Hospital in Turkey, between July 2017 and February 2018. The patients were divided into three groups: Reiki, guided imagery and control, with 60 patients in each group.

This study aims to determine the effects of transtheoretical model-based walking exercise training and follow-up on improving exercise behavior and metabolic control in patients with type 2 diabetes. This randomized controlled trial was conducted as a pre-test and post-test experimental model with 76 intervention and 76 control individuals. Identification of the correlation between illness perception and anxiety level in cancer patients.

Purpose: To investıgate the relationship between the perception of the disease and level of anxiety in patients with cancer.

Design And Methods: A correlation and descriptive study from a convenience sample of 318 oncological patients aged 18 years and older was done. Subjects were measured with a Patient's Information Form, the Revised Illness Perception Questionnare, and the Strait-Trait Anxiety Inventory.
