Successful management of mandibular incisors with pulp canal obliteration using guided endodontics is described, for the first time in Iran. A 58-year-old man was referred for root canal treatment of teeth #24, #25 and #26. Upon radiographic examination, partial obliteration of the root canal system was detected.

To get insight into the molecular mechanisms by which tolerant genotypes responds to the salinity stress, we propose an integrative meta-analysis approach to find the key genes involved in salinity tolerance. Herein, a genome-wide meta-analysis, using microarray and RNA-seq data was conducted which resulted in the identification of differentially expressed genes (DEGs) under salinity stress at tolerant rice genotypes.

Neuropeptide Y (NPY) has a critical role in the maintenance of homeostasis in the immune system and coping of stress condition. In the current study we analyzed 188 patients suffering from MS and 204 unrelated healthy controls for two functional single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs), NPY 20T>C (rs16139) and NPY -485T>C (rs16147) using PCR-RFLP and Mismatch PCR-RFLP methods.

Here, we aim to study whether vitamin D affects TGF-β pathway gene expression and Expanded Disability Status Scale (EDSS) scores in MS patients.
