We describe a rare case of sclerosing osteomyelitis of Garré in a 63-year-old woman with uncontrolled right thigh pain. She had suffered from lower back pain and radiating pain on the right lower leg for a year and 4 months and so had spine surgery 8 months ago. But the right thigh pain persisted, and the levels of C-reactive protein (CRP) and erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) remained abnormal.
