This research freshly investigates the effect of business competition on national welfare in Indonesia. This research uses business competition index data obtained from the Indonesia Competition Commission (KPPU) and welfare indicators data collected from the Indonesian Bureau of Central Statistics (BPS) at the economic sectoral and provincial levels for the period 2018-2020. The relationship between business competition and welfare is estimated using pooled regression model combining year, economic sector, and province.

Background: Ureterorenoscopy (URS) in treating ureteral stones in children is preferred for >10 mm-sized stones. Pneumatic lithotripsy is often used, but laser lithotripsy is gaining more popularity over the years, as it is considered better in terms of safety and efficacy. However, no previous meta-analysis has discussed the comparison of these two modalities.

Methods: Psychometric analysis was conducted at 2 hospitals and 7 public health centers at the voluntary counseling and testing clinic. Content validity was measured by assessing the relevance and clarity of each ARMS item.
-hydroxycinnamic acid (pHCA) is one of the most abundant naturally occurring hydroxycinnamic acids, a class of chemistries known for their antioxidant properties. In this study, we evaluated the impact of pHCA on different parameters of skin aging in in vitro skin models after HO and UV exposure. These parameters include keratinocyte senescence and differentiation, inflammation, and energy metabolism, as well as the underlying molecular mechanisms.

However, there are gaps in data quality assessment for routine health data to ensure accountability. Therefore, this research aims to improve the routine health data quality that have been collected and integrated into Aplikasi Satu Data Kesehatan (ASDK) as the primary health data system in Indonesia.

Methods: The experimental study included 60 porcine eyes (12 groups). In each group, capsulotomies with 90% or 150% energy, and fragmentations with 90%, 100%, or 150% energy or 150% with high spot density, respectively, were performed.
Background: The influence of the number of veins that should be ligated in varicocele surgery on postoperative pain and testicular function is not clearly understood.
Objective: The aim of this study was to investigate the number of Internal Spermatic Vein (ISV) ligated in postoperative pain and sperm parameters outcome.
Methods: Relevant studies were collected and systematically reviewed from Medline, Scopus, and Cochrane databases.

Background: Hypospadias is a male congenital anomaly that requires urethroplasty via the tubularized-incised plate (TIP) technique. This technique is simple, and the results are promising, although it has few postoperative complications, including the associated suture technique.
Objective: Comparing the continuous and interrupted suturing techniques on the TIP procedure for hypospadias repair.
Background: Penile size is considered a symbol of manhood and is a subjective problem for men, especially those with small penis syndrome. Penile augmentation was introduced to correct penile size problems from a medical, psychological, or esthetic point of view. Hyaluronic acid (HA) and polylactic acid (PLA) are two types of augmentation agents that are popularly used today.

Using the TdP metric known as qNet, numerous single-drug effects have been studied to classify the medications as low, intermediate, and high-risk. Furthermore, multiple medication therapies are recognized as a potential method for curing patients, mainly when limited drugs are available.

Not many studies in South Kalimantan have analysed the risk factors for stunting comprehensively that combine sociodemographic factors, utilization of maternal health services, and characteristics of children. Therefore, the purpose of this study was to analyse sociodemographic factors, utilization of maternal health services, and characteristics of children under 5 as determinants of stunting in South Kalimantan Province.

Further, we aim to assist both medical experts and patients by alerting the current symptoms and preparing the early treatments. In general, the proposed method first deals with the uncertainty of age and other continuous features using a fuzzy set.

Methods: This prospective study recruited 83 eyes (63 patients) that were allocated to four treatment groups: conventional phacoemulsification (n = 20 eyes); FLACS with 90% capsulotomy energy without NSAID pretreatment (n = 20 eyes); FLACS with 90% capsulotomy energy with NSAID pre-treatment (n = 21 eyes); and FLACS with 150% capsulotomy energy with NSAID pretreatment (n = 22 eyes). Aqueous humor was collected before and after phacoemulsification to assess cytokine profiles.
Hepatocellular carcinoma (HCC) is at the forefront of the global cancer burden, and biomarkers for HCC are constantly being sought. Interestingly, RGS (Regulators of G protein signaling) proteins, which negatively regulate GPCR signaling, have been associated with various cancers, with some members of the RGS family being associated with liver cancer as well. Considering this, we investigated the role of RGS20 as a potential prognostic marker in 28 different cancer types with special emphasis on HCC.

Methods: This study was an experimental pre-post-test without a control group. Forty-five participants were divided into three groups based on aerobic exercise training intensity: low, moderate, and high.
Introduction: Since the first successful percutaneous closure under transesophageal echocardiographic (TEE) guidance, many centers explored transcatheter procedures without fluoroscopy. This single-center study is aimed to show the feasibility and safety of percutaneous patent ductus arteriosus (PDA) closure under echocardiography-only guidance during our 1-year experience.
Methods: Patients with PDA were recruited for percutaneous PDA closure guided by either fluoroscopy or echocardiography-only in National Cardiovascular Center Harapan Kita (ClinicalTrials.
Background: The Fontan procedure is currently the mainstay therapy for single functional ventricles. However, with prolonged follow-up duration, various complications have been observed that seriously influence the quality of life of patients.
Objectives: The aim of this meta-analysis is to compare the effectiveness of pharmacologic agents in improving exercise capacity in patients with Fontan circulation.
Background: The success of a basic immunization program among children has been known as the cheapest and most effective approach in improving child survival against preventable diseases. This study aims to examine the determinant factors at the individual and contextual level that affect the provision of complete basic immunization for children aged 12-23 months in Sumatra, Indonesia.
Methods: Using the 2020 Indonesia National Socio-Economic Survey (SUSENAS) data, a multilevel binary logistic regression model was developed at the individual level and the regency/municipality level as the first and second level of analysis respectively.
