Objective: The aim of the study was to assess the impact of age on 30-day perioperative complications and length of stay (LOS) for minimally invasive sacrocolpopexy (MISC) using a national database.

Methods: We performed an institutional review board-exempt retrospective analysis of prospectively collected data, using the National Surgical Quality Improvement Program database to analyze MISC performed at participating hospitals from 2010 to 2013. Age was stratified into the following 5 categories: younger than 60, 60 to 64, 65 to 69, 70 to 74, and 75 years or older.
