Aim: To evaluate the effect of thymoquinone on the healing of experimental left colon anastomosis in rats.
Methods: Forty Wistar albino rats weighing 250-300 g were randomly divided into four groups (10 rats/group). Group 1 (control group) rats were not administered Thymoquinone (TQ) for 3 days after the operation.
