Diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL) is a clinically and molecularly heterogeneous disease. The increasing recognition and targeting of genetically defined DLBCLs highlights the need for robust classification algorithms. We previously characterized recurrent genetic alterations in DLBCL and identified five discrete subtypes, Clusters 1-5 (C1-C5), with unique mechanisms of transformation, immune evasion, candidate treatment targets and different outcomes following standard first-line therapy.

To facilitate better health management, it is essential to comprehend the generational differences in OHIS behavior and preventative health actions after seeking online health information (OHI).
Objective: This study investigates the variations in OHIS and engagement in preventative health actions between 2 generations based on their technology use (digital natives [aged 18-42 years] and digital immigrants [aged ≥43 years]).
Renal Ca reabsorption plays a central role in the fine-tuning of whole-body Ca homeostasis. Here, we identified calreticulin (Calr) as a missing link in Ca handling in the kidney and showed that a shortage of Calr results in mitochondrial disease and kidney pathogenesis. We demonstrated that Calr mice displayed a chronic physiological low level of Calr and that this was associated with progressive renal injury manifested in glomerulosclerosis and tubulointerstitial damage.

The endoplasmic reticulum chaperone calreticulin (Calr) is well known for its function in calcium storage and in the folding of glycoproteins. Its role in kidney development is still not understood.

Objective: Previous studies have shown an association between thyroid function and insulin resistance and obesity. We compared insulin resistance and body mass index (BMI) in patients with normal TSH levels (2.5-4.

The BMD measurements were performed on the femoral neck and the lumbar spines of adult female population with two different types of clothing taking calcium daily in the normal range according to the proper technique utilizing dual energy X-ray absorptiometry (DEXA). In the lumbar spine measurements, the BMD was measured 1.

The formation of ZnS nanoparticles in the LB film structure was verified by measuring UV-Visible absorption spectra. DC electrical measurements were carried out for thin films of IBI prepared in a metal/LB films/metal sandwich structure with and without ZnS nanoparticles.

To estimate during which period of time the degree of diabetes control is integrated by the level of glycosylated hemoglobin two approachs were used. Hb-g was assayed by cellulose acetate electrophoresis in insulin-dependent diabetics and compared to the degree of control over a 3 months period. Control was evaluated by the semiquantitative urine test for sugar "Clinitest" three time a day.
