Background: Undiagnosed underlying medical conditions can cause many patients to be followed, for years, by a diagnosis of a primary psychiatric disorder and to receive inappropriate treatment. The aim of this study was to determine the prevalence of patients initially diagnosed with a primary psychiatric disorder but whose symptoms were later attributed to medical conditions. These patients' initial and final diagnoses were also examined.

In embryo stages, larvae, and adult differentiated red spherule cells of the sea urchin Strongylocentrotus purpuratus, transcriptionally engaged TREs are detected by Precision Run-On Sequencing (PRO-seq), which maps genome-wide at base pair resolution the location of paused or elongating RNA polymerase II (Pol II). In parallel, TRE accessibility is estimated by the Assay for Transposase-Accessible Chromatin using Sequencing (ATAC-seq).

However, the mechanical properties of these materials have not been accurately determined under weight-bearing conditions. In this study, newly developed HA and HA/TCP (60/40) ceramics were used with intramedullary fixation in segmental bone defects of rabbits.
