Epigenome editing applications are gaining broader use for targeted transcriptional control as more enzymes with diverse chromatin-modifying functions are being incorporated into fusion proteins. Development of these fusion proteins, called epigenome editors, has outpaced the study of proteins that interact with edited chromatin. One type of protein that acts downstream of chromatin editing is the reader-effector, which bridges epigenetic marks with biological effects like gene regulation.

Purpose: The objective of this study was to assess the feasibility of incorporating virtual reality/augmented reality (VR/AR) programs into practical tests administered as part of the Korean Radiological Technologists Licensing Examination (KRTLE). This evaluation is grounded in a comprehensive survey that targeted enrolled students in departments of radiology across the nation.
Methods: In total, 682 students from radiology departments across the nation were participants in the survey.
Rotating machines are often operated under various operating conditions. However, the characteristics of the data varies with their operating conditions. This article presents the time-series dataset, including vibration, acoustic, temperature, and driving current data of rotating machines under varying operating conditions.

To detect and localize coughing sounds remotely, a convolutional neural network (CNN) based deep learning model was developed in this work and integrated with a sound camera for the visualization of the cough sounds. The cough detection model is a binary classifier of which the input is a two second acoustic feature and the output is one of two inferences ( or ).

Rs-fMRI using ASL showed similar results in the regions of the sensorimotor network to those of tb- and rs-fMRI fMRI using BOLD. ASL technique has a potential in clinical practice because all of brain perfusion imaging, cerebral blood flow measurement, and rs-fMRI study can be performed at a single acquisition.
