All epidemiological inquiries and all studies on VIH transmissibility allow to precise transmission risks among different population groups. For the dental practitioner, as for the other medical and paramedical staffs, these risks are weak. VIH is certainly one of the less contaminant agent, in term of nosocomial infection.

[Infectious foci of dental origin. Presentation of a diagnostic form].

The diagnosis report for investigation of focal infections from dental origin permits a dialogue between the demanding physician and the dental practitioner, in order to take a unique therapeutic decision after evaluating the infections potential which will be more risky than the disease to treat. Every information is mentioned on this document: the missing teeth, the vital and non vital teeth, and the risk of bacteremia for each lesion. Some modalities of treatment are proposed by the dentist that the physician will be able to modulate according to the severity of the disease.

[Cervicofacial malignant non-Hodgkin's lymphomas. Apropos of 5 cases].

Five cases of non-Hodgkins malignant lymphoma are reported and recent advances in identification and classification of these rare lymphoid tissue tumors used as a basis for evaluation of prognosis and therapy.

[Myxoma of the jaws].

Findings in two cases of mandibular myxoma confirmed the benign but recurring nature of these relatively rare mesenchymatous tumors.

[Giant-cell lesions of the maxilla. The diagnostic difficulties].

A 30 year old woman with a giant cell tumor of maxilla developed recurrence of tumor two years after initial surgical resection. The place of this benign but relapsing tumor among giant cell lesions (called "myeloplaxic tumors" in the past) is discussed and the differential diagnosis of these lesions outlined.
