[Effects of alcohol on the expression of heat shock protein 70 and super microstructure of astrocytes in rat embryonic brain].

Objective: To explore effects of alcohol on the expression of heat shock protein 70 (HSP70) and super microstructure of astrocytes.

Methods: Different dosage of alcohol (1, 5, 25, 50mmol/L) was administered to astrocytes of rat embryos. Effects of alcohol on expression of HSP70 were studied by immunocytochemistry, and changes of super microstructure of astrocytes were observed by electron microscope.
