A methodology to access Z-1-silyl-2-aluminyl-disubstituted olefins is developed. It relies on the uncatalyzed ring opening of silacyclopropenes in the presence of a stoichiometric amount of trimethylaluminum. The resulting heterosubstituted alkenes exhibit a particular interaction between the electron-rich [Si-CH] moiety and the electron-deficient diorganoaluminyl group, resulting in similar geometrical features due to the proximity of these two centers.

India's indigenous groups remain vulnerable to malnutrition, despite economic progress, reflecting the reliance on traditional agriculture and the problems of poverty and inadequate education and sanitation. This mixed-methods study analyzed the incidence, causes and determinants of chronic malnutrition, measured through stunting, thinness and underweight among adolescent indigenous girls in Telangana. Using 2017 data on 695 girls aged 11-18 years from 2542 households, the analysis showed that 13% had normal nutritional status, while 87% were stunted, underweight or thin.

In this study, we classify the seizure types using feature extraction and machine learning algorithms. Two-dimensional (2D) MXenes sheet-like micro-structures have attracted attention as an effective electrochemical energy storage material due to their efficient electrolyte/cation interfacial charge transports inside the 2D sheets which results in ultrahigh rate capability and high volumetric capacitance.
