Liver Cirrhosis Due to Fetal CMV Infection: A Case Report.

: CMV is the most common cause of congenital viral infection. We observed a cirrhotic liver and intracerebral hemorrhage due to fetal CMV infection. : Fetal CMV infection was diagnosed at 20 weeks of gestation, leading to termination of pregnancy.
