; PUBERTY GENESIS OF FEMALES-OFFSPRING RATS BORN TO MOTHERS WITH FETOPLACENTAL INSUFFICIENCY.

The purpose of this scientific work was to investigate the development of puberty in females-offspring born to mothers of different age with fetoplacental insufficiency (FPI) and to evaluate efficacy of base and combined drug therapy during pregnancy. Negative influence of FPI on the puberty genesis of females-offspring born to mothers of different reproductive age is considered to be the results of the investigation. In particular, the increased anogenital distance, which is the sign of estrogen deficiency, has been observed in females-offspring born to reproductively young mothers with FPI.

[The impact of male phytoestrogenization on the somato-sexual development and fertility of the offsprings in rats].

The effect of phytoestrogen-rich diet administered to male rats in a dose 20 mg/kg of body weight for 30 days with the mixture of phytoestrogens on reproductive function of male offspring and the effect of additional phytoestrogenization during milk feeding have been investigated. [Zonography in the diagnosis of spinal tuberculosis at the outpatient stage].

The author proposes zonography in the diagnosis of spinal tuberculosis. The technique substantially reduces the time of examination, by enhancing the informative value with the minimum radiation burden on the patient, as compared with the routine X-ray study. It is advisable to use at the outpatient stage of an X-ray study.
