Characterization of films made with chayote tuber and potato starches blending with cellulose nanoparticles.

The aim of this study was to characterize chayotextle starch films reinforced with cellulose (C) and cellulose nanoparticle (CN) (at concentrations of 0.3%, 0.5%, 0.
