A 70s-year-old man with pancreatic body cancer underwent evaluation by endoscopic-ultrasound guided tissue acquisition(EUS-TA), followed by distal pancreatectomy. Histopathological findings showed a well differentiated pT3N0M0 adenocarcinoma. Adjuvant S-1 chemotherapy was completed, and annual upper gastrointestinal endoscopy was performed.
