The word 'telechelic' in the title means that a polymer has two different fluorophores on either end. Dual Prognostic Classification of Triple-Negative Breast Cancer by DNA Damage Immune Response and Homologous Recombination Deficiency.

Purpose: Triple-negative breast cancer (TNBC) is a heterogeneous disease. We previously showed that homologous recombination deficiency (HRD) and the DNA damage immune response (DDIR) signature are prognostic in TNBC. We hypothesized that these biomarkers reflect related but not completely interdependent biological processes, that their combined use would be prognostic, and that simultaneous assessment of the immunologic microenvironment and susceptibility to DNA damaging therapies might be able to identify subgroups with distinct therapeutic vulnerabilities.

Our multidisciplinary community and research group partnered to create I kua na'u "Let Me Carry Out Your Last Wishes," an ACP intervention featuring culturally tailored videos and are now testing its efficacy.

Evolution of neurodegeneration in patients with normal pressure hydrocephalus: a monocentric follow up study.

Background: The aim of this study was to examine in patients with idiopathic and neurodegenerative normal pressure hydrocephalus (NPH) if motor and cognitive performance as well as changes in biomarkers in cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) evolve differently.

These hard-bottom habitats can provide a variety of ecosystem services, ranging from the enhancement of fish biomass and production to providing erosion control. Management decisions regarding the construction or fate of hard-bottom habitats require information on the ecological functions of these habitats, particularly for species targeted in ecosystem-based fisheries management.
