Background: The most frequent type of non-Hodgkin lymphoma (NHL) is diffuse large B-cell lymphoma (DLBCL). Although lymph nodes are the most commonly affected organs compromising 70% of DLBCLs, only 5% of extranodal lymphomas represent skeletal muscle involvement. Specifically, abdominal wall muscle involvement is rare and there are only a few reported cases of DLBCL with this type of muscle involvement.

Pseudoangiomatous stromal hyperplasia (PASH) is a rare lesion of the breast stromal tissue with unknown mechanism. Hormonal stimulation of mammary myofibroblasts is the most important theory due to stromal positivity of progesterone receptor (PR) or/and estrogen receptor (ER). ALCL constitutes approximately 2% of all lymphoid neoplasm. It is typically found among children and young adults, accounting for 10-15% of pediatric NHL, compared to 2% of adult NHL.
